High Grade Commercial Epoxy Floor
Don’t be fooled by a one day installation epoxy floor company. Our epoxy floor has three layers and is applied over three days. The final thickness ranges from 20 mils to 35 mils. First we apply a primer or base epoxy coat, the next day we apply a second epoxy coat, and on the last day we apply a top coat that helps protect the epoxy from chemicals. This three layer epoxy system is tough as nails.

About the Product
Pilmer Epoxy uses a 100% solids epoxy that self-levels. The top topcoat that is used last twice as long as standard urethanes and up to four times longer than standard epoxies. The finish is a satin sheen which maintains a fresh look even in high traffic areas. The epoxy contains a 100% aliphatic or UV-stable formula which helps keep floors from yellowing over time. In addition, the epoxy is eligible for LEED green building certification credits under the Indoor Environmental Quality, and 4.2 Low-Emitting Materials, Paint and Coatings sections.
